I have been Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 1996, AV rated by Martindale Hubbell my entire career, and selected a Texas Super Lawyer the last 15 years. I have taught at numerous seminars, some of which compare the different roles, strategies and environments of defense versus plaintiff practice.
